These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bd35 platform and all its services. By using our website or mobile version, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Definitions & Applicability

Key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

• "Platform" refers to the bd35 website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who accesses the platform with or without a registered account.
• "Account" refers to the user's personal registered profile.
• "Wallet" refers to the fund balance held within the account.

These Terms apply to users residing in Bangladesh. bd35 reserves the right to restrict access for users from specific countries or regions at any time without notice.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account on bd35. You are required to provide your correct date of birth at the time of registration. We may request supporting documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed immediately and the balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds. Any changes to your information must be reported to the support team without delay.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bd35 conducts identity verification to ensure security and prevent fraudulent activity. The following documents may be requested before processing a withdrawal or for large transactions:

• Proof of ownership of the mobile banking account
• A recent photograph (if required)

3. Account Security

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal is approved. bd35 may request additional information or documents before processing a withdrawal request if necessary.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

bd35 cannot guarantee the return of funds sent to an incorrect account number. It is the user's responsibility to fill in all details correctly when making a deposit or withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Depositing ৳8,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, for a total of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 total wagering required.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; the bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• bd35 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the bonus conditions are met may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

The bd35 VIP program has four tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%

bd35 reserves the right to change VIP tier criteria. VIP benefits are non-transferable.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

bd35 operates with SSL encryption and follows a Fair Play policy. All games available on our platform are provided by trusted game providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

If a technical error occurs during play and affects the outcome of a game, bd35 reserves the right to cancel the round in question and the stake will be refunded. The records stored on the game provider's server will be considered the final result.

In the event of any dispute, game logs and server records will serve as evidence. Server records will always take precedence over results displayed on the client side (your device).

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd35:

• Misusing bonuses or using bonus hunting strategies.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
• Using automated software, bots, or any other technological aid to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs — if such a flaw is found, report it to support immediately.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or transferring funds on their behalf.
• Creating or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Engaging in offensive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour.

Participation in any of the prohibited activities listed above gives bd35 the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

While bd35 operates as a secure and reliable platform, our liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or third-party network issues.
• Loss caused by issues with the user's device or software.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or sharing of account details.
• Temporary service disruption due to unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Suspension or termination of service for legal or regulatory reasons.

bd35 is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. The maximum compensation claimable for losses through the platform will be equal to the actual balance in the account at the time of the relevant dispute.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bd35 platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the intellectual property of bd35 or licensed assets. Copying, distributing, modifying, or commercially using these assets beyond personal use is strictly prohibited.

By creating an account or submitting content on the platform, you grant bd35 the right to use that content for the purposes of operating the platform.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Termination by bd35

bd35 may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Prolonged inactivity.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Available balance may be withdrawn before account closure, subject to wagering conditions being met.
